Old Spitalfields Market welcomes four new brands

Four new international retailers are to join the line-up at London’s Old Spitalfields Market.

Tribeca Holdings, represented jointly by Savills and Cushman & Wakefield, has announced that Lululemon has leased a 7,500 square foot store in the market’s flower building on Commercial Street, which will be its first in East London.

Meanwhile, fashion brands Rag & Bone and Zadig & Voltaire have leased 2,000 square foot and 1,500 square foot units respectively, both of which are on Commercial Street and will be the brands’ first at OSM and within Shoreditch. All three stores will be open by autumn 2016.

In addition, Estée Lauder has opened the first Jo Malone store in Shoreditch in a 1,200 square foot unit on Brushfield Street, following the success of MAC and Bobbi Brown at OSM. The deals follow the opening of the new McQ by Alexander McQueen flagship store on the corner of Commercial Street and Lamb Street.

The historic Old Spitalfields Market totals 127,000 square feet and features an eclectic mix of global retailers, independent brands and market stalls as well as a range of bars, restaurants and cafes.
