PMC recognised in ISG Provider Lens CX Transformation Report

Leading Technology Services Provider, PMC, has been recognised in the latest ISG Provider Lens™ Quadrant Report as a Market Contender in Retail CX Transformation Services.

ISG Provider Lens™ research is produced by Information Services Group (ISG), a leading global technology research and advisory firm. The new ISG CX Transformation Provider Lens™ report provides in-depth research comparing service provider strengths, challenges and differentiators.

The report highlights PMC’s primary strengths in this space including the ability to ‘help clients develop a unified commerce architecture and strategy to deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience’.
