Olive & Barr strengthens leadership team with two senior appointments
Handmade kitchen brand Olive & Barr has appointed Matt Dagworthy as managing director and Melissa Steele as operations manager.
With more than 16 years’ industry experience, Dagworthy (pictured) has held a range of senior roles in design, regional management, sales leadership, consultancy and coaching, including at board-level. His previous roles have included positions at Specialist Door Solutions and bespoke kitchen brand Harvey Jones.

Al Bruce, founder of Olive & Barr, said: “Matt brings a wealth of experience. Having worked closely with Nicolle, our sales director, and other members of our team over the past few months, he already has a strong understanding of Olive & Barr, our people and the care that goes into everything we do.”
Meanwhile, Melissa Steele has joined Olive & Barr as operations manager, following eight years at Harvey Jones in roles spanning design, project management, sales, delivery and installation.
Bruce said: “Melissa’s experience across design, sales and operations, alongside her in-depth understanding of the kitchen industry, will be an asset to the business.
“Her attention to detail, hands-on expertise and commitment to the client experience will help us deliver the high level of personal service Olive & Barr is known for. We’re thrilled to welcome her to the senior team.”
