Dreams appoints Matt Richardson as head of production
Dreams has appointed Matt Richardson as its new director of production.
With over 20 years of production leadership experience in the bedroom furniture sector, Richardson has joined the bed retailer from Bensons for Beds where he served as head of manufacturing. His career has also included product and manufacturing roles at Steinhoff UK Beds and Hilding Anders.
Subscribe to TRBAt Dreams, he will oversee production at the Dreams Bed Factory in Oldbury, West Midlands, and has joined the retailer’s senior leadership team as the business continues to invest in UK manufacturing, operations, and long-term growth.
Dan Parsons, chief commercial officer at Dreams, said: “Matt brings fantastic knowledge of the sector and manufacturing expertise. This experience and skillset will be invaluable in making sure our Dreams Bed Factory in the West Midlands continues to produce the high-quality mattresses we know customers want. I’m delighted to welcome him to the team.”
Richardson added: “I’m really pleased to be joining the team at Dreams. Now is an exciting time to come on board, with strong foundations already in place at Oldbury and a clear focus on the next phase of growth.
