Mango takes major step in US expansion with new Mall of America store
Mango has taken a major step in its international expansion with the opening of a new store at Mall of America, the largest shopping and entertainment complex in North America.
As the Spanish fashion retailer’s first location in Minnesota, the opening has brought Mango’s total US store count to 65.
Subscribe to TRBSpanning 10,000 square feet, the shop will offer the brand’s lines for both women and men, all of which are designed at its Barcelona headquarters. The store has been designed in line with Mango’s Mediterranean-inspired concept, New Med.
Daniel López, Mango’s chief expansion and franchise officer, said: “We are thrilled to continue our US expansion with a store at Mall of America, the largest Mall in the Americas, where we will bring our distinctive fashion collections to local and visiting clientele, growing Mango’s brand awareness,
“The new opening continues our quest to bring Mango’s unique value proposition closer to US customers.”
Mango began its expansion into the US in 2022 with the opening of its flagship store on Fifth Avenue in New York City.
Earlier this month, Mango reported that it had increased its turnover by 13% to €3.8 billion in 2025 after making a record investment in its business model.
