During the period, the Spanish fashion retailer invested nearly €90 million in  expanding and upgrading its store network while strengthening its operations and technology capabilities.

This included opening 127 stores and renovating 37 sites, which meant it had a network of over 2,960 points of sale in more than 120 countries at the period end..

It also appointed Hailey Bieber as the face of its women’s summer 2026 campaign and launched exclusive capsule collections in collaboration with the Richard James British tailoring house.

Toni Ruiz, chairman and chief executive of Mango, said: “We are entering the final stretch of our 4Es 2024–2026 Strategic Plan with a clear ambition to reach €4 billion in revenue this year.

“Our first-half results demonstrate continued positive momentum, with growth ahead of the wider market, further strengthening our position as one of the leading international fashion brands.

“Despite a complex operating environment, we continue to make progress through our differentiated value proposition, our expansion strategy and the commitment of our teams across Mango.”

Mango’s international business accounted for 77% of turnover in the first half with its five largest markets by revenue being Spain, France, Turkey, Germany, and the US.

The retailer is planning to invest €66 million in opening 45 stores in France by 2028, including 15 in 2026, and has signed a strategic partnership with the Coin department store chain in Italy which will see it launch 22 stores in key locations between September 2026 and 2028.
