Primark’s 46th US store to open at Mall of America
Primark is continuing its US expansion with the opening of a new store in the Mall of America on 3 September.
Situated in Bloomington, the shop will be the fashion retailer’s first in the state of Minnesota.
Subscribe to TRBThe news follows the opening of Primark’s first store in Indiana at Castleton Square Mall in July. The retailer is also planning to launch a second site in the greater Orlando area, at Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets on 2 August.
With 35,000 square feet of retail selling space, the Mall of America store will be Primark’s 46th in the US, and means it now has a presence in 15 states.

“We can’t wait to open our doors and introduce Mall of America shoppers to Primark’s quality fashion at exceptional value.
“Our Minnesota debut follows our new stores in Indiana and New York City earlier this year, and we love to mark openings in style so there will be lots happening at the Mall on 3 September.”
Earlier in the summer, Primark reported that its US trading was mixed in its third quarter, although sales climbed by 16% following three new store openings.
