Gymshark collaborates with Leana Deeb on modest activewear range
Gymshark has collaborated with fitness influencer Leana Deeb on a range of modest activewear.
The move follows a study by the brand where 84% of survey respondents said it was a challenge to find modest gym clothes. In addition, 78% said they had resorted to shopping in the men’s section for suitable options.

“When I first started wearing the hijab in March 2023, I realised just how challenging it can be to find modest activewear that is both functional and stylish.
“The fact that so many women either struggle to find the right clothes or avoid the gym entirely as a result shows a massive gap, and I couldn’t sit back and do nothing.”
Items in the collection are made from lightweight materials and feature ergonomic designs for maximum freedom of movement. They include a range of jackets, tunics, joggers and oversized t-shirts and hoodies, as well as a hybrid wrap hijab to give secure coverage during workouts.
Deeb added: “This collection was inspired by my own journey and my goal to inspire my audience to become the best version of themselves.
“That’s why I’m so excited that Gymshark shares my vision and has collaborated with me to bring it to life. Being involved from the very first sketches to seeing and touching the finished product has been a dream come true.
“I hope this collection gives women who dress modestly the confidence and style they need to achieve their fitness goals.”
