Gymshark promotes Matt Rogers to chief supply chain officer
Gymshark has promoted Matt Rogers to the position of chief supply chain officer as it prepares for its next chapter of growth.
He has worked with the business for the last three years. Prior to that, he spent ten years at ASOS, most recently as group supply chain director, and has also held senior roles at DHL and House of Fraser.
Subscribe to TRBIn his new role, Rogers will oversee Gymshark’s entire supply chain, including sourcing, manufacturing and logistics. Reporting to Ben Francis, Gymshark founder and chief executive, he will also sit on the company’s executive committee.
Francis said: “If we want to make the best gymwear on the planet, we need to ensure our supply chain is in the best possible health.
“Since Matt joined Gymshark three years ago, he has made a huge impact, not only strengthening and evolving our supply chain, but showing himself as a true leader within the business.
“To realise our ambition of becoming a 100-year-brand, we need to build a supply chain that’s both fit to meet the demands of our incredible community and the ever-changing dynamics of the world we live in.

Earlier this month, Gymshark confirmed that former Boden CTO Shaun Perkinson had been appointed as chief technology officer.
