Gymshark appoints Carly Natalizia as chief commercial officer

Gymshark has appointed Carly Natalizia to the position of chief commercial officer.

Having joined the fitness clothing brand four years ago as vice president of marketing, Natalizia most recently served as chief digital officer. Prior to that, she was chief marketing officer at The Very Group and held senior marketing roles at Virgin Money. Earlier in her career, she worked at MBNA, Bank of America and NatWest Group.

In her new role at Gymshark, Natalizia will oversee the brand’s work to become a fully omnichannel business and will continue to lead the ongoing optimisation of its digital journey.

Ben Francis, Gymshark chief executive and founder, said Natalizia’s impact had been exceptional at the business.

He added: “She brings together deep digital expertise, sharp commercial instinct, and a true understanding of our community in a way that’s incredibly rare.

“As we continue our journey to become a fully omnichannel brand and build Gymshark into a 100‑year company, I can think of no one better suited to lead our commercial function.”

Natlizia said: “In the four years I’ve been at Gymshark, the company has experienced a huge amount of growth and transformation, and has provided the perfect environment for me to do the same.

“Since joining the cohort of chiefs two years ago and now stepping into the role of chief commercial officer, I am so proud to be able to evolve in sync with the brand.”
