Sarah Chasey, Head of Customer Experience at Wickes: Sarah has 23 years of experience in the retail and construction markets and 16 years of Customer Experience specialism at some of the UK’s largest multi-channel retailers, where she worked to develop customer experience strategy from thought leadership through to implementation, delivering brilliant outcomes and value for customers and the business.

James Leeson, Board / CEO Digital Advisor, Ex Amazon, John Lewis, Walmart: James has held senior leadership roles at businesses such as John Lewis, Amazon, Walmart, and Oak Furniture Land and is now a consultant in his own right, working with the likes of Ann Summers, the Grafton Group, plus more. In this fireside chat, James will reveal the types of operational challenges large enterprise businesses face and how they solve them.

Dan Ferris, Finance Director at T.M. Lewin: Dan brings a wealth of retail experience and helps brands recognise their full potential by delivering fast, profitable growth. Thiago Palharini, Senior Product Manager at Dunelm: Thiago brings over eight years of expertise in product management and business development. Thiago leads innovative teams that are optimising the ecommerce payment journey. He will give a fireside chat on how to leverage payments as a competitive advantage.

Carl Corcoran, Head of Application Delivery at phs Group: Head of Applications Delivery at phs Group, brings a wealth of digital transformation knowledge and a passion for delivering technology and application services that solve problems and help businesses improve. He leads the software delivery team at PHS Group, which delivers excellent application services to the group and its customers.

James Hayes, Director of Business Development at Whistl Fulfilment: James was among the top 50 influencers in ecommerce and shipping, recently published by Scurri. As Director of Business Development at Whistl Fulfilment, a leading ecommerce, fulfilment and supply chain solutions provider, James understands ecommerce logistics and technology. James has extensive experience in supply chain solutions and product concepts for commercial and technical audiences.

Alex Lainé, Operations Director at Yoto: Alex is Operations Director at Yoto (ranked second in Deloitte’s UK Fast 50 companies in 2023 and hailed one of TIME’s Best Inventions of 2020). He has been instrumental in facilitating Yoto’s year-on-year doubling of revenue and the planning required to facilitate the same growth rate for the coming years. His priority has been to appoint and develop the right 3PLs for Yoto’s order profile alongside the best ERP/Sales and Integration platforms as Yoto has moved from start-up through scale-up to a maturing business, with a keen focus on system automation and removal of process friction wherever possible.

Richard James, Head of Digital at Rat & Boa: Richard has over ten years of experience leading high-performing teams within large corporations and startups, helping them increase annual turnover by up to 348%. Richard has worked at brands including Sony and is now Head of Digital for ecommerce hyper growth brand Rat & Boa. Richard helps businesses achieve profitable growth and more satisfied customers. He is coaching clients to clarify their vision and goals and maximise their personal and business performance.

Richard will join us to share his expertise and experience on how Rat & Boa consolidated their customer communication channels and used customer data and feedback to dictate their operational strategy. Richard will navigate business challenges with intelligent customer insights.
