Terrys appoints Gareth Coxall as marketing and creative director

Home furnishings retailer Terrys has appointed Gareth Coxall as marketing and creative director to support its growth plans.

With over 25 years’ experience in the homeware sector, Coxall has led on high growth strategies for a range of interior brands and has worked in both sales director and managing director roles across the home furnishing market. He will be the first non-family member to be appointed to Terrys’ board of directors following a year-long period in a non-director role.

Terrys said Coxall has been instrumental in its recent success which has included a 109% increase in revenue year-on-year and the acquisition of homeware collections such as Emma Shipley, Lawrence Llewelyn-Bowe, and Cath Kidston.

Paul McGuinness, managing director at Terrys, said: “We are delighted to welcome Gareth as marketing and creative director at Terrys. We are ambitious for growth and Gareth has the credentials and experience to help us elevate our brand and accelerate our growth to take the business to the next level.”
