Superdrug promotes Simon Comins to chief operating officer
Superdrug has promoted Simon Comins to the position of chief operating officer.
Having joined the health and beauty retailer aged 15 in a part-time role at his local store, he has worked with the business for 38 years in a variety of roles across retail and commercial operations.
Most recently, he was chief commercial officer where oversaw the commercial, marketing and CRM functions and was instrumental in shaping some of Superdrug’s most innovative customer experiences, including the recent launch of Beauty Playground.
Superdrug said Comins’ promotion marks a major step its work to create a seamlessly connected business as it will unite retail and commercial operations under one cohesive strategy.
