Lidl welcomes Peter de Roos as chief commercial officer
Lidl GB has today announced the appointment of Peter de Roos as chief commercial officer for Lidl GB.
Formerly CCO for Lidl Netherlands, de Roos will join Lidl GB from 1 April 2022, taking on overall responsibility for buying, marketing and promotional activity, and will report into new CEO, Ryan McDonnell.
Subscribe to TRBIn November last year Lidl announced that McDonnell would be taking on the role of CEO at Lidl GB from February 2022, following the move of current CEO Christian Härtnagel to Lidl Germany.
Martin Kottbauer, who retains responsibility for Buying, will continue as chief trading officer on the Board, reporting directly to de Roos.
