Studio appoints new non-executive director

Studio has appointed Flutter Entertainment chief people officer Caroline Ross as a non-executive director.

Due to join the Studio board on 27 September, Ross has worked with gaming business Flutter since January 2020 and also holds a non-executive position on the board of Moat Housing Association. Prior to her current role, she held director level positions with Moneysupermarket.com, Shine, News International Newspapers and Talkback Thames.

On joining the board, Ross will also become a member of the company’s remuneration and nomination committees.

Ian Burke, Studio chairman, said: “I am delighted to welcome Caroline to the board. Her expertise in developing colleague and culture agendas will further add to the skills and insight of the board as we continue to focus on growing the group’s digital value proposition.”
