Ocado names new non-executive director
Ocado Group has appointed Cathy Graham as an independent non-executive director.
Due to take up her role on 1 February, she will also be a member of the people committee and the audit committee.
From 2020 to 2025, Graham served as chief financial officer at Darktrace, a global leader in autonomous cyber AI. Prior to that, she worked for seven years with 2U, a technology driven education company.
Ocado said Graham has deep expertise in guiding large, high-growth organisations, including the evaluation and management of significant technology and R&D investments.
