Morrisons adds 350 Amazon return kiosks in stores nationwide

Morrisons has expanded its collaboration with Amazon by introducing 350 Amazon return kiosks in its stores.

The move means that customers can take advantage of Amazon’s label-free, box-free returns whilst doing their weekly shop at the supermarket.

After initiating a return via their Amazon account, shoppers use the fully automated kiosks by scanning their QR code and dropping off  their eligible items. Kiosks will be located next to the Amazon locker or the customer service desk in-store.

Morrisons said it is committed to providing products and services that customers “love and need”. Store services also include photo printing, parcel collection, Wash.Me laundromats, Timpson Key Cutting and the UK’s largest network of in-store cash deposit points.

John Parry, head of services at Morrisons, said: “With parcel deliveries now a part of everyday life for most people in the UK, the introduction of Amazon return kiosks in our stores make it simple for customers to return parcels during their weekly shop, making it easier than ever before.

“This convenient new service adds to our existing range of in-store offerings to help our customers and give them more reasons to shop at Morrisons.”

The nationwide rollout of the Amazon return kiosks is expected to be completed in early 2026, with more locations to be added throughout the coming months.
