Majestic refreshes its subscription offerings
Majestic has relaunched its Wine Club and Lock It In subscription propositions.
As well enabling customers to discover new wines and buy favourites, the new Wine Club website has been designed to make it easier for customers to sign up, manage their subscription, or pause or cancel their membership. It also has new
functionality, including the ability for users to gift a Wine Club case to family or friends.
First-time purchasers of Wine Club cases will now receive a special ‘Welcome’ case along with a brochure introducing them to the club. Members also are also offered benefits such as in-store discounts, ‘spend and save’ vouchers and free tickets to tasting events hosted by Majestic’s store sommeliers.
As part of their membership, customers receive a themed case of 12 exclusive bottles of red, white or mixed wines every three months, all of which are selected by Majestic’s buying team and not available to purchase in-store. Boxes are available at the three different price points of £99, £149 or £199.
Meanwhile the enhanced Lock It In offering, which provides customers with best prices on some of Majestic’s best-selling wines, has been upgraded with a new option that allows customers to curate their own cases.
