Mango recruits for 120 seasonal roles in the UK

Mango has begun hiring for 120 seasonal roles for almost 60 of its UK stores as it gears up for the busy Christmas period.

The Spanish fashion retailer is seeking to fill temporary sales assistant roles which are available from October to December to  support Mango’s in-store teams in delivering the best shopping experience for customers.

Mango said every role offers learning and development opportunities and team members who show promise in their seasonal roles may be given the opportunity to progress into full time positions or even access international career opportunities in over 120 markets where Mango operates.

The recruitment drive forms part of the retailer’s 2024–2026 4Es Strategic Plan, which aims to drive sales and store expansion in the UK, with 20 new shops set to launch in the in the country in 2025.

Fiona Cullen, Mango’s international regional director for the UK & Ireland, said: “Our people are at the heart of Mango, and we’re looking forward to welcoming 120 more into our store teams during this festive season to help us deliver the best experience for our customers at this special time of year. These roles offer valuable experience, great benefits, and the chance to be part of a global fashion brand at an exciting time of growth.”

In July, the retailer reported a 12% rise in global turnover to €1.73 billion for the first half of 2025, which is attributed to the popularity of its collections and new store openings.
