Lululemon to upsize and relocate within The Yards, Covent Garden

Lululemon will be relocating and upsizing its flagship store within The Yards, Covent Garden to a new prominent corner unit in the shopping district on Long Acre,

Spanning 8,364 square feet and set to open this summer, the space will be 130% bigger than the previous site.

The shop will be the brand’s flagship West End store and will showcase its range of activewear products for activities for yoga, running and training across its womenswear, menswear, footwear and accessories lines.

Other sportswear brands at The Yards include Pineapple, Snow+Rock and Runners Need. Covent Garden is also home to Canadian outdoor apparel and accessories brand, Arc’teryx, and Hoka’s first ever retail location in Europe.

Speaking on behalf of Longmartin Properties, a joint venture between Shaftesbury Capital and the Mercers’ Company, Abi Labbett, asset mManager at CBRE, said: “Securing the relocation and significant upsize of Lululemon is a key moment for us and reaffirms The Yards as the destination of choice for leading international brands and debut concepts alike.

“We’re proud to be experiencing sustained demand and continued investment from the very best names, ones which share our community values, and we look forward to witnessing Lululemon’s continued success at The Yards, Covent Garden.”
