Wyse London hires Cathy Newnes-Smith as CEO
Womenswear brand Wyse London has appointed former Stripe & Stare head Cathy Newnes-Smith as its new chief executive.
Newnes-Smith was chief executive of Stripe & Stare for nearly four years from 2022. Prior to that, she worked with Boden for 12 years, initially as senior buyer then moving up the ranks to chief design and customer experience officer. She also previously worked at BHS.

In her new role, Newnes-Smith will lead the next phase of Wyse London’s growth strategy, including expanding its store footprint and digital channels. She has succeeded Kara Groves who has worked with the business since January 2025.
