Kate Moss becomes guest avatar on Drest

Kate Moss has entered the metaverse as a supermodel avatar on the luxury fashion styling game Drest.

Players are being invited to dress Moss using clothing and accessories from over 250 luxury brands available in Drest, including Gucci, Burberry and Versace, together with pieces from the supermodel’s collaboration with jeweller Messika.

They also take part in styling challenges that pay homage to the model’s most iconic fashion moments as they work to create looks that demonstrate their own fashion talent.

In addition, players can design beauty looks by using an edit of Drest’s makeup items and choose from five unique hairstyles that have been designed in consultation with celebrity hairstylist Sam McKnight.

There is also a choice of  three exclusive shoot backgrounds including a fashion runway, Cotswolds field and luxury hotel lobby.

Lucy Yeomans. Drest founder and co-chair, said: “I told Kate about Drest in the very early stages of development. Back then, so many people in the fashion industry thought I was crazy to think the worlds of high-fashion and gaming could align, but not Kate. She got it immediately and loved the concept. Kate is a truly global fashion icon, so to have her make her first in-game avatar appearance in the Drest metaverse is incredibly exciting.”
