Fortnum & Mason launches new food podcast series

Luxury department store Fortnum & Mason is launching a podcast series on key issues and innovations in the food sector.

Called Hungry Minds, the series will be hosted by food writer and critic Tom Parker Bowles and will “explore, challenge and celebrate” people’s shared love of food. This will include talking with chefs, farmers and campaigners to debate the latest food trends, science and ideas that will shape the future of food.

The first session features Sustainable Food Trust founder Patrick Holden who discusses the power of conscious consumerism and why farming in harmony with nature is key to tackling the climate crisis.

Other guests set to take part include chef and TV presenter Matt Tebbutt, food writer, historian and author Bee Wilson and Australian chef Josh Niland.
