Gymshark hires Carly O’Brien as vice president of marketing
Gymshark has named Carly O’Brien as vice president of marketing.
O’Brien previously worked as chief marketing officer at The Very Group and has also held senior marketing roles at Virgin Money and Bank of America.
At Gymshark, she will lead the marketing team for the UK, EMEA and APAC as the company looks to scale its brand, grow its customer base and introduce a new regional marketing model.
O’Brien said: “The opportunity to bring the marketing team together in the international group, explore all the opportunities to build more brand awareness and be part of the Gymshark journey to build an iconic brand is both bold and exciting. I’m thrilled I get to be part of that story and I can’t wait to get started.”
In her new role O’Brien will report to Gymshark international president Niran Chana.
