Dunelm appoints Kelly Devine as a non-exec director
Homewares retailer Dunelm has hired Mastercard UK and Ireland president Kelly Devine as a non-executive director.
She will join the Dunelm board on 1 March and will be a member of the audit and risk, remuneration and nominations committees.
Devine has been credited with overseeing significant market share expansion at Mastercard as well as business diversification and a high level of employee engagement. Earlier in her career, she held a number of leadership roles at American Express and was an economics consultant with PwC.
Dunelm chairman Andy Harrison said: “I am very pleased to welcome Kelly to Dunelm. Her experience in the fast changing international payments industry, driven by technology, changing consumer behaviour and the power of data will strengthen our board as we accelerate our multichannel growth.”
