The Perfume Shop celebrates new store opening in Burnley
The Perfume Shop has opened an improved experiential store at the Charter Walk Shopping Centre in Burnley.
The store now has a new layout and offers upgraded services, including a digital screen, personalised ribbon machines, and a recycling service where customers can drop off used perfume bottles to receive 15% off their next purchase.
The Perfume Shop is currently expanding across the UK and refitting existing stores, with sustainability at the heart of every project. This is part of the company’s commitment to reducing energy consumption by 30% by 2030, compared to 2015 levels.
All principal contractors involved are ISO 14001 accredited to ensure their waste management on site is adhered to along with to control the ongoing environmental impact of their operations. Wherever possible, existing materials and equipment are retained or reused.
The Burnley opening was overseen by the store’s manager, Lorna, who has worked with The Perfume Shop for 18 years.
Lorna said: “We have absolutely loved seeing familiar faces and new customers walk through our doors since the refit, there’s been such a buzz in the store.
“The transformation has brought a whole new character to the space, and it’s been brilliant watching people explore, spritz, and discover new favourites.”
