Holland & Barrett appoints Michelle Boothroyd as chief people officer
Heath and wellness retailer Holland & Barrett has appointed Michelle Boothroyd as chief people officer.
Boothroyd joined the business in July but has only just confirmed the appointment publicly.

Boothroyd has joined the retailer from Grainger, the UK’s largest listed residential landlord, where she also held the role of chief people officer. She previously held senior HR roles at Nationwide Building Society, Santander and NatWest Group, and earlier in her career worked at Howden Insurance Brokers and Virgin Atlantic.
Looking ahead to her time at Holland & Barrett, she added: “There is something incredibly exciting about joining a business with over 150 years of heritage, while looking to the future with clear strategic direction and leadership commitment to our people.”
