Pets at Home hires Sarah Findlater as group chief people officer
Pets at Home has hired former M&S chief people officer Sarah Findlater as group chief people officer.
Findlater spent nearly three decades at M&S, joining as an HR business partner before rising through the ranks to become chief people officer in 2022. During her time there, she helped shape culture, leadership and organisational performance as the business underwent a period of major transformation.
Subscribe to TRBShe will join Pets at Home in November, with a remit spanning the company’s retail, vets and insurance businesses.
James Bailey, Pets at Home chief executive, said: “I am delighted that Sarah is joining us to help lead Pets through its next chapter.
“She is an experienced People leader and retail veteran, and her expertise will be invaluable as we sharpen our strategic focus and continue to strengthen the special Pets culture. Both of which are fundamental to helping to deliver on our ambitious plans.”

Pets at Home has also announced that its first quarter consumer revenue has increased by 3.9% to £614 million as its retail turnaround gained traction.
