Serenata Flowers launches customisable subscription service

Online florist Serenata Flowers is launching a new customisable bouquet subscription service.

When signing up, customers can choose from a Classic, Deluxe or Grande subscription. In addition, subscribers will be able to customise their service by choosing which day of the week they would like to receive their flowers and by opting to receive them on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.

The florist is also offering flexible subscription durations including three, six or 12 months. For added flexibility, customers can set a different recipient for each delivery and adjust the delivery date online.

Prices range from £19.99 per bouquet for the Classic Subscription to £29.99 and £39.99 respectively for the Deluxe and Grande subscriptions. Each delivery will contain a different bouquet that falls within the price band relevant to the level of subscription.

Martin Johansson, managing director at Serenata Flowers, said: “Our new subscription service is providing customers with plenty of variety and a chance to sample a wide selection of the range we have on offer – giving them a new experience with each delivery.

“The three variable levels of subscription that we are offering cater to all budgets and the variable frequencies and durations mean the product can be perfectly tailored to each individual’s requirements.”
