Hornby appoints new non-executive director
The Hornby models and collectables group has appointed Nick Batram as a non-executive director.
Batram has over 30 years’ experience of working for financial institutions, with most of this time spent on researching and advising small and mid-cap companies. In 2016, he joined betting and gaming group Entain, where he initially headed up investor relations and strategy before working as group director of M&A and corporate development until December 2023.
Olly Raeburn, Hornby chief executive, said: “We’re delighted that Nick is joining us and are confident his experience and enthusiasm will add a new, and positive, dynamic to the board.”
Batram added: “I am honoured to be joining the board of Hornby and very much look forward to supporting Olly and the management team as they seek to develop the full opportunity that exists within some of the most iconic brands in the models and collectables industry.”
