Direct4Baby opens second physical store

Direct4Baby has selected Liverpool’s Aintree Racecourse Retail Park for the opening of its second physical store.

Displaying over 100 prams, car seats and travel systems from brands such as Bugaboo, Silver Cross, iCandy and Joie, the space enables  customers to try before they buy and experience live product demonstrations from trained technicians. In addition, a professional car seat fitting service is available at the store.

The shop also offers one-to-one appointment services and features interactive digital kiosks so that customers can benefit from a personalised shopping experience and convenient checkout system.

Co-founder of Direct4Baby David Ball said: “We appreciate that it’s a challenging time for traditional retail right now, but we firmly believe that customers still want to be able to explore a physical product in a safe environment – and that’s where our showrooms come in.

“Our digitally-focused showrooms represent the future of Direct4Baby – allowing us to deliver a personal experience, safely and conveniently.”
