Primark to enter Mexico through El Puerto de Liverpool partnership
Primark is to enter Mexico through a partnership with leading Mexican retail group El Puerto de Liverpool.
With a population of nearly 130 million and a well established retail market, Primark said the country represents a significant opportunity for its business.

In addition to an ecommerce platform, El Puerto de Liverpool operates 125 Liverpool department stores, 72 Liverpool Express stores and 196 Suburbia stores, as well as 173 specialty boutiques and 30 shopping centres across the country.

Primark now operates more than 500 stores across 19 markets. Last week, it announced that it would be rolling out home delivery across Great Britain, as it reported that its UK sales were expected to grow by around 1% in its fourth quarter, ending 12 September.
