West Elm and Pottery Barn open John Lewis Liverpool concessions in UK rollout
West Elm and Pottery Barn are continuing their rollout in John Lewis stores with the opening of concessions in John Lewis’s Liverpool store.
The launches by the US home and furniture brands formed part of the opening of the refurbished home floor at John Lewis Liverpool on 26 June.

Jason Wilary-Attew, director of home at John Lewis, said: “We are thrilled to bring the West Elm and Pottery Barn experience to more of our shops across the UK, building on the fantastic success we’ve seen online.
“This expansion is a key part of our commitment to offering a truly inspiring multi-channel shopping experience, and we look forward to a very exciting year ahead alongside our partners at both brands.”
West Elm and Pottery Barn are owned by parent company Williams-Sonoma. Whereas West Elm has had a presence in the UK for some time with two standalone stores in London, Pottery Barn entered the country in October 2025, initially with an online presence.
Michelle Hummel, executive vice president global at Williams-Sonoma, said: “Our expansion from John Lewis online into more John Lewis stores across the UK marks an exciting milestone for West Elm and Pottery Barn, allowing more customers to experience both brands beyond our London flagship stores.
“We already know the products across both brands resonate strongly with UK customers, and that the connection is even stronger when people can see and feel them in person. That’s why we’re delighted to be growing our national presence through our ongoing partnership with John Lewis, as we look ahead to an exciting year for both West Elm and Pottery Barn.”
