Morrisons Travel launches in partnership with Expedia

The Morrisons supermarket chain has launched Morrisons Travel, a new travel booking service in partnership with Expedia Group.

Available via Morrisons.com and the Morrisons More app, the service allows customers to book hotels, flights, car hire and activities while earning Morrisons More Points.

Customers booking through Morrisons Travel will earn 10 More Points for every £1 spent on hotels, car hire and activities. Points from bookings will appear in the More app as “pending” and will be credited once travel has been completed.

Jamie Winter, director of procurement at Morrisons, said: “With the Morrisons Travel launch, customers can now book everything from flights to hotels through Morrisons while being rewarded through our More Card, once their trip is complete.

“This new service is designed to make life a little easier by offering more simple, good-value options in areas that really matter to our customers.”

The Morrisons More Card already allows customers to earn five More Points on all products when they scan their card in store, online, in selected Morrisons Daily stores, and on groceries purchased through Amazon. Customers can also earn points on every litre of fuel bought at Morrisons petrol filling stations.

Once customers collect 5,000 More Points, they receive a Morrisons Fiver which they can redeem against a future shop in stores or online.
