Hoxton Spirits secures seven-figure backing
Hoxton Spirits has secured a seven-figure investment sum from Optiva Securities.
The funds will be used to help the brand expand its range and grow internationally.
Using the’ tagline ‘premium spirits with attitude’, the brand is inspired by the fashion, music and diverse culture of Hoxton and the surrounding area.
In a statement, the company said it has already created a strong core range, brand identity and loyal customer base following an initial round of seed investment and is now established in the UK on-trade and off-trade and is distributed in Germany and Italy.
Hoxton Spirits founder Gerry Calabrese added: “It’s time to raise our game by expanding our range, international markets and management team while turbo boosting our marketing activity and brand partnerships. Having recently IPO-ed East Imperial, we’re certain we have found the right partner in Christian Dennis at Optiva Securities and look forward to tapping into his expertise to support growth.”
