Skims appoints first president of EMEA

Kim Kardashian’s Skims has appointed Robin Gendron as its first president for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Gendron previously worked with Michael Kors for 11 years, most recently as president of EMEA.

In his new role, he will oversee the shapewear brand’s expansion including the launch of new stores in London and Dubai. He will report to Skims co-founder and chief executive, Jens Grede.

Earlier this summer, Skims announced that the 12,000 square foot London store will open on Regent Street in the summer of 2026.

Skims was founded by Kardashian and Grede in 2019 with an initial offering of women’s underwear, loungewear and shapewear.  This was followed by the launch of a Skims menswear range in 2023.
