Subscribe to TRBHe is also a former chief executive of Charles Tyrwhitt and L’ Occitane and has previously served as managing director of AS Watson. He was also interim general manager for Central Eastern Europe at Pandora from April to December 2025.
In a post on LinkedIn, Boynton said: “After a period working as an advisor and non-executive director, this felt like exactly the right moment to return to an executive role.
“ I’ve always been drawn to great brands with real soul, and Pandora has that in abundance — a powerful brand, exceptional talent, a strong spirit of entrepreneurship, and a values-driven culture that genuinely shows up in how the business operates.
“Pandora is also one of the world’s most sustainable global brands – not as a slogan, but as a deeply embedded commitment – and (as you know well!) that matters enormously to me.
On 1 January, Pandora promoted its chief marketing officer Berta de Pablos-Barbier to the role of chief executive after the completion of transition period.
