N Brown Group promotes Dan Joy to chief executive role
N Brown Group has promoted Dan Joy to the position of chief executive officer.
He has succeeded Steve Johnson who has left the business after ten years. Johnson was also executive chair.
Joy has served as chief executive of financial services at N Brown for the past six years. Prior to that, he held several leadership roles at Ikano Bank, including group chief commercial officer.
Subscribe to TRBThe group has also appointed Malcolm Le May as chair, who has more than 40 years’ experience in consumer finance and banking, including senior roles at Provident and Vanquis. He has also served on numerous public and private boards.
N Brown is the owner of online retail brands JD Williams, Jacamo and the Simply Be. The group said the appointments signal its continued focus on modernising and expanding its financial services offering, building on its existing customer base as a key growth driver.
