N Brown Group appoints new chief people officer

N Brown Group has appointed Natalie Rogers as its new chief people officer.

With 25 years’ experience spanning digital, tech and financial services, she was previously chief people officer at Moonpig where she supported the delivery of key business and culture transformation programmes. Prior to that, she held the same role at Unum UK and also worked in senior positions at Canada Life and LV.

At N Brown Group, Rogers will lead the people function and team with a focus on fully embedding the group’s agile operating model as it continues its transformation across all relevant employees.

She will join the group on 1 February when she will also become a member of the executive board. She will report directly to N Brown Group’s chief executive, Steve Johnson.

Johnson said: “I’m delighted to welcome Natalie to N Brown and further strengthen our executive board. Natalie’s expertise will help continue our group-wide agile transformation and ensure N Brown remains a great place to work. ”

N Brown Group’s portfolio of brands includes Simply Be, JD Williams and Jacamo.
