H Samuel tests out new format stores
Jeweller H Samuel is testing out a new format retail store at three UK shopping centres as it works to transform the customer experience.
With a focus on service excellence, the shops at Westfield Stratford, Leeds White Rose and Westquay Southampton aim to create an immersive retail experience where customers can discover the latest trends and experiment with different looks in fashion jewellery and watches.
Store features include a bespoke bridal and design experience, where customers can add a personal touch to their jewellery with engraving and the selection of their stone, cut and setting.
There is also a ‘HS Loves’ trend bar where customers can ‘get the look’ by discovering design staples, leading fashion brands and new trends.
In addition, shoppers can take advantage of an in-store ear-piercing salon.

The pandemic has changed the way people shop, forever, and these next generation stores not only reflect our customers’ changing shopping preferences, but they are also a place to have fun and be inspired, engaging customers with the H Samuel brand to provide an immersive and memorable brand experience.”
The new format stores have been developed in partnership with design agency GP studios and creative agency Hingston Studios.
