Foot Locker to launch own clothing range

Foot Locker is to release its own clothing line as it looks to merge “sneaker and sport culture with the heritage of Foot Looker”.

Called Lckr by Foot Locker, the range will include fleece sets, pullover hoodies and tapered sweatpants in a variety of seasonal colours and neutral shades. Other items will include cargo pants, zipped hoodies and track suits.

Bryon Milburn, Foot Locker SVP and general manager, said: “At Foot Locker, we’re continuing to grow our assortment every day to ensure we’re meeting the evolving demands of all our customers.

“Today, we’re seeing the need for comfort and the acceptance of casual wear in more places than ever before. With Lckr, we have developed an elevated basics line that gives our customers a diverse way to complement their personal styles at great value.”

The range will become available on 20 October with a launch campaign featuring rapper Gunna. The campaign will also include singer-songwriter Tone Stith, actress Paigion Walker and Ntwrk host Eutel Wallace.

The brand will be releasing additional Lckr collections at the end of the year and throughout 2022.
