Bershka and Pull & Bear to make West Midlands debut at Bullring

Hammerson has announced that Inditex owned brands Bershka and Pull & Bear are to join the line-up at Birmingham’s Bullring.

The two fashion retailers will be housed in a 36,453 square foot space on the centre’s upper level next to River Island and opposite Tessuti, Levi’s, and H&M. Each will have its own dedicated entrance for what will be their first-ever West Midlands sites.

While Bershka’s space will feaeture its three main Bershka, BSK and Man lines, the Pull & Bear space will showcase the brand’s collection of menswear and womenswear.

With  Zara already operating two stores the Bullring, the addition of Bershka and Pull & Bear will take Inditex’s presence at the centre to 76,000 square feet.

Toby Tait, director, asset management at Hammerson, said: “Inditex more than doubling the size of its presence is a clear sign of their confidence in Bullring, amplified by the decision to place these two West Midlands debuts at the leading destination. Bershka and Pull & Bear will complement the extensive line-up of powerhouse names in fashion on the upper level, adding more choice for our visitors, and brands they cannot shop anywhere else in the region.”

The signing follows the opening of a TAG Heuer store at Bullring which is its first standalone showroom in Birmingham.
