[ WEBINAR ] Connect 2022 Innovation, Transformation and Optimisation

Dedicated to innovative Retail IT strategies and solutions, ‘Connect 2022’ is a live, online event on Thursday 3rd March 2022.

Keynote speakers from UK Retailer Crew Clothing Company, Worldpay FiS and PMC will reflect on the dramatic changes in retail in recent times and present examples of the innovations that characterise the retail sector today and into the future.

Crew Clothing will present how a vision for the Retail Store of the Future resulted in a new mobile sales platform that has transformed the customer experience and empowered store staff to better engage with customers.

Joining Crew in the virtual stage will be Worldpay, examining how Payment Solutions drive business growth and boost Retail revenues and the importance of payment methods in delivering engaging customer checkout experiences. Worldpay will share reveals how consumer demographics determine customer payment preferences.

The event will celebrate 20 years of PMC, so the keynote speaker line-up includes PMC Founder and Chairman, Paul Mason, who will talk about what has changed in the Retail sector over the last 20 years and which fundamental best practices remain the same.

This online event will conclude with panel discussion, led by PMC Consulting Director Danny Rappaport, which will debate what is needed over the next 10 years from Retail technology to continue to drive innovation.
