Wickes launches retail media platform for home improvement brands

Wickes has launched a new retail media network that goes live with both onsite and offsite capabilities.

The home improvement retailer said Wickes Connected Retail Media is designed to help brands connect with consumers to help brands engage customers at every stage of their journey, including browsing, researching and shopping for products.

Described as a first-of-its-kind proposition within the home improvement sector, the platform enables brands to reach DIY customers, design and installation clients, and trade professionals with tailored messaging aligned to the specific projects they are undertaking.

The proposition is underpinned by Wickes’ investment in linking its digital channels with 230 stores.

Gary Kibble, chief marketing and digital officer at Wickes, said: “This network makes it easier than ever for our customers to discover the brands and products that help them get their projects right.
