Dunelm takes new warehouse in Stoke-on-Trent
Dunelm has signed for a five-year lease on a new warehouse at Logicor’s Radial Point in Stoke-on-Trent.
The homewares retailer is now occupying a 184,910 square foot site which is set to become a key element in the growth of its furniture business.
Dunelm took immediate occupation of the warehouse following a fit-out.
Tom Blakely, Logicor’s director of asset management, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Dunelm as a new customer to our UK portfolio and to work closely alongside them. Radial Point was the ideal solution for the retailer, with the location being key to their well-established foundations in the area. The move also supports their focus on innovating and improving their customer proposition, as well as the growth in home delivery and click & collect operations that resulted from the pandemic.”
