Argos teams up with Pinterest on Argos Mood Hotel concept

Argos has joined forces with visual inspiration platform Pinterest to launch a hotel concept curated using on-trend homeware and furniture from the latest Argos product ranges.

Situated in London’s Bethnal Green, The Argos Mood Hotel’s choice of products is based on the hottest interiors trends emerging from Pinterest Predicts in the period October 2019 to September 2021.

Featuring six ‘Mood Rooms’, the concept aims to immerse guests into a world of interiors inspiration and discovery through the latest Argos products, including furniture and homeware from the Habitat collection.

The rooms will be open to the public from 2 to 4 April and there will also be a limited number of suites available to book for a complimentary overnight stay. They will all have a different theme with names such as Luxe, Play, Nature, Night, Tea Party and Escape.

Andrew Tanner, design manager at Argos, said: “This is a great opportunity to bring our homeware to life, immerse and inspire our customers and really demonstrate the ways our design-led furniture and homeware can transform a room.

“Trends have always been at the heart of our collections but now that we are adapting to a new way of living and spending more time in our homes, we want to demonstrate the various ways our design-led furniture and homeware can transform a room.”

People unable to visit the hotel will be able to experience it through an immersive 360° video, detailed high-res photography and shoppable digital formats on the Pinterest platform and Argos social media channels.
