Look Fantastic launches specialist dermatological skincare hub

Online beauty retailer Look Fantastic is launching a new dermatological skincare hub to house all brands and products that are medical-grade and dermatologically tested and approved.

Due to go live on 1 July, the hub will enable customers to explore products tailored to their specific needs, and guide them towards the best solution for conditions such as eczema, acne and psoriasis, as well as other skin concerns.

Part of THG Beauty, Look Fantastic said the ‘expert skincare’ category accounts for over 30% of its total skincare offering and continues to grow rapidly ahead of the overall skincare market.

Lucy Gorman, chief executive for THG Beauty, said: “Consumers are becoming increasingly aware about the products they are using as part of their skincare regimen, so we want to ensure that they have access to all the information they need to make an informed product purchase which will work for them.”

In addition, the brand is launching a new content led affiliate programme where doctors, dermatologists and credible ‘skinfluencers’ will provide regular advice and content through Look Fantastic’s social media networks.

Look Fantastic customers  will also be able to book one-to-one 30-minute consultations with the brand’s in-house pharmacist or use its live chat function to ask a team of beauty advisors a question.
