Bath & Body Works to launch first standalone Scottish store at Braehead
Bath & Body Works is to open its first standalone store in Scotland at Frasers Plus Braehead this winter.
The 2,000 square foot shop is due to open before Christmas and will offer the brand’s fragrance, beauty and seasonal gifting products.
Subscribe to TRBIt will join a line-up at the shopping centre that includes Rituals, Boots, Lush, M&S and TK Maxx, as well as Scotland’s largest Superdrug store.
White Stuff is also due to open at Braehead shortly.
A spokesperson from Bath & Body Works, said: “Opening our first standalone Scottish store is an important milestone for Bath & Body Works, and Frasers Plus Braehead is the ideal location for this next step in our growth.
“The destination’s strong regional draw and impressive mix of leading retail brands made it a natural choice for our debut. We look forward to bringing the full Bath & Body Works experience to Braehead and building meaningful relationships with customers across Scotland.”
The signing follows the recent opening of SuperPark’s first UK location at Braehead.
Rachel Scott, head of leasing at Global Mutual, said: “Bath & Body Works will broaden our beauty offer across body care, home fragrance and gifting, while giving shoppers access to the full standalone store experience. Opening ahead of Christmas, it will introduce a strong new gifting proposition that complements the wider destination at a key trading moment.”
Last month, it was announced that Bath & Body Works is to open a standalone store at Merry Hill to complement its concession in the centre’s Next store.
