Mamas & Papas refinances after ‘record’ year as revenue hits £170m
Mamas & Papas has completed a refinancing as it looks ahead to the next phase of its growth strategy.
The nursey brand said the deal strengthens its capital structure and positions the business to deliver on its ambitions.
The transaction has included existing investor Bluegem Capital Partners reinvesting alongside several new investors, including global alternative investment manager Cheyne Capital.

In the 12 months to 30 March 2026, the business grew its revenue by 4% to £170 million while increasing EBITDA by 21% to £14.5 million.
It said all channels had contributed to performance, following continued investment in its concessions, standalone stores, online operation and international presence. Mamas & Papas has also been investing in its own brand and expanding its range of third-party brands.

The Huddersfield based company has over 60 stores and concessions across the UK and Ireland , supplies over 100 stockists, and sells in over 30 countries worldwide through a network of franchisee and distributor partnerships.
