iCandy introduces new retail partner structure

iCandy has refreshed the structure of its retail partner programme by replacing its brand ambassador status with three newly defined premium tiers.

Previously, the pushchair brand collaborated closely with a select group of retailers through its ambassador initiative. Under the new framework, these partnerships will now be organised into clearly defined retail tiers: iCandy Destination Stores, iCandy Specialist Stores, and iCandy Stockist Stores.

iCandy said the move will benefit retail partners and enhance the experience for shoppers looking to purchase an iCandy pushchair.

Cath Needham, head of sales at iCandy, said: “Our new three-tier system allows us to build stronger, more supportive partnerships with our retail partners, aligning with how modern consumers research and purchase our products.

“This updated approach ensures clarity, engagement, and meaningful rewards for those growing with the iCandy brand.”
